Strength and conditioning (S&C) has become an integral part of every sports persons preparation. I have a major passion for all aspects of Fitness, however my personal favourite; my passion and most specialised area is Speed & Power training. It is with this passion and having competed as an international sprinter with my main success being reaction out of the blocks, I have applied my training, understanding & experience to deliver this to clients. I focus on technical application, ensuring the sessions are challenging, unique & relative to the actual event/discipline of the individual. I like to cross train the majority of my S&C clients as this can enhance performance in so many ways, however this has to be carried out in a monitored & constructive approach. I have worked with all levels of athletes from World record holders & Olympians to grassroots level and pride myself on the ability to differentiate for each individuals needs, especially within the group and team environment.
